Operating from our purpose built factory in the “Garden of England” GARD Plasticases Ltd has developed a one-stop-shop and provides all of its services in house including multi purpose and density foam inserts from high density plastazote foams to soft polyester.

We offer many foam cutting techniques such as Automated Die Cutting, Water Jet Cutting and CNC Routing.

We are continually investing in the latest machinery and technology available and current boast:

• 2 x Auto Die Cutters
• 1 x Manual Die Cutter
• 3 x CNC Routers
• 1 x Waterjet Foam Cutter .
