Our 6-Step Process
Step 1: You will have an initial consultation with our expert sales department, via telephone, email, video or face-to-face.
Step 2: We use the findings from the initial consultation and present our “case” to you.
Step 3: We provide you with a written, clear and full quotation.
Step 4: Please raise your PO and send it to our dedicated orders department who will formally acknowledge you with details of your specification number (unique to you) and an approximate delivery date.
Step 5: We will send you a pre-production sample.
Step 6: From written approval of this sample will produce the balance of your order.
